Topics

Topics are the individual subjects that together make up the project and programme management profession's complete body of knowledge. Each topic is supported by learning modules in classroom, distance learning and on-line formats.

Information in the modules is generic to all international standards and qualifications. This ensures that every topic can be used towards the knowledge requirements of all relevant qualifications and learning programmes without the need for any repetition.

The extensions are structured in the same way as the topics but deal with interpretation of best practice that is unique to a particular standard or qualification. Extensions are used to supplement the topics as and when there is need for additional knowledge in a specific context.
