The Courses or Topics shown in "My Courses" are currently available to be worked on or reviewed.
If your course has a Study Guide, it is important that you read this first before making a start on your course. Topics are listed in the order that we recommend you study them.
At the end of a topic you will find a quiz to test your knowledge at each stage of the syllabus. To complete a topic, you must answer all the questions correctly, a tick will then appear next to this topic.

Here you will find any behavioural or knowledge profiles that you have undertaken. This will build into an invaluable record of your personal development.
My portfolio
Your Personal Portfolio is likely to become a core element of your CV, as it maintains a current record of training undertaken, career achievements and professional memberships. The portfolio is fully formatted for printing and also gives you the opportunity to store and view your certificates.

Your questions answered. Whether you are having difficulty interpreting a topic, understanding an activity, or applying what you have learnt in the workplace, our tutors are available online to help you.
