Adrian Dooley

Originally a project manager in the construction industry and also one of the original authors of the Pertmaster planning software, Adrian has been undertaking consulting and training assignments in PM since he founded The Projects Group plc in 1984. He has served on the APM's Council, Executive Board and Professional Development Board. He is still actively involved in APM's qualifications strategies and is also a non-executive director of the APM Group (the awarding body for OGC qualifications.
Brian Coombes
MAPM, APMP, Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer, CMI Diploma assessor
Brian has 25 years' experience of project management in financial services and has been providing specialist PM training and consultancy for over 10 years. His consultancy assignments have covered introducing structured project management into organisations, project auditing, project start up and project assurance.
Recognised as a leading expert, Brian is a member of the team that reviews and updates the PRINCE2 methodology in regular cycles.
David Sarsfield
APM, APMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CMI Diploma assessor
David is a Mechanical Engineer with many years' experience managing projects and quality systems to rigorous standards within the Ministry of Defence.
He has also managed customer implementation projects and Project Support Offices before handover to client staff.
He has significant expertise in quality systems and quality management and in delivering project management courses with an engineering bias.
Graham Fincham
MAPM, APMP, PMI, PMP, MSP Practitioner
Graham's background covers all aspects of planning and project management in the manufacturing and aerospace industry, with an emphasis on PM processes and how these can best be integrated into enterprise business systems. He specialises in project audits and maturity assessment projects.
Jan Underdown

Jan has been TPG's Quality Manager since joining the company in 1996 and is an ISO9001 lead assessor. She's the Course Director for the CMI PPM Diploma and advises the awarding body in matters of student care and support processes.
Keith Lord
Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CIPD accredited trainer
Keith has a broad range of experience gained from working within the retail industry, in the IT sector and for local government authorities. He completes a diverse training skill set with Microsoft and ECDL qualifications.
Mike Minton
MAPM, APMP, APM Practitioner Assessor
Mike started his career in project management running projects to manufacture and commission the electrical equipment (motors and associated control gear) for rolling mills and production lines in the steel industry.
More recently, his projects have tended to be IT based, including the installation of wide area networks in the education and the leisure and services industries.
Paul Gillet

Paul specialises in the management of business change and IT projects. His background includes IT consultancy and leading project teams both in traditional line and matrix management environments. Whilst at BT, he was one of the authors of the BT Project Management Handbook.
Mark Reeson
MAPM, APMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner
Mark spent 23 years in the RAF before joining British Nuclear Group (BNG) in 2006 where he gained a range of Project Management skills.
Mark managed several projects for BNG where he was also responsible for the delivery of project management training. During his time in the RAF Mark worked in a PRINCE2 and Change Management environment. He joined TPG in 2007.

He specialises in competence improvement across teams and for individuals and has successfully delivered personal and organisational development programmes in several large organisations in the UK and overseas.
Paul Richardson
PRINCE2 Practitioner, Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer
Paul has wide experience of project management across a range of public and private sector industries. His key strengths include the analysis, design and delivery of learning and development programmes, wide ranging soft skills expertise, and team management. He has held senior consultancy roles within the Unipart group of companies and the IT Training industry and has proven change management and continuous improvement skills, partly gained through his experience as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Gary McGaffney
PRINCE2 Practitioner, Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer
Gary has been project manager on a variety of projects, in several fields, including training rollouts for DWP, War Pensions Agency, the Child Support Agency. He has also project managed several film related projects.
More recently, Gary was contract project manager on a pilot training project following a government initiative to take training into the workplace. Gary has a wide range of experience and knowledge covering both central and local government and government agencies such as the NHS, fire, ambulance and police services.
