FAQ's

Q. "When can I get access to my online topic?"
A. If you wish to purchase your online topics by credit card these will be available to you immediately. Should you wish to purchase your modules via invoice these will be available as soon as we have received payment.

Q. "What are the start and finish times of your classroom courses?"
A. All our courses start at 9.00am and finish at approximately 5.00pm.

Q. How/when will I be notified of confirmed venue etc?
A. Joining instructions are sent by post to all delegates as soon as a venue is confirmed, this can be between 2-3 weeks prior to the course. A map is usually included.

Q. Will I need to study to prepare for any of the classroom courses?
A. For our qualification courses there is some pre-course work, in particular candidates for the PRINCE2™ Foundation and Practitioner courses will receive a study pack that involves between 40-50 hours of reading prior to attending. There is also some pre-course reading sent to candidates prior to attending the Complete APMP, and Managing Successful Programmes events.

Q. Who are your tutors and how experienced are they?
A. All of our consultants are experienced project managers in their own right, and draw from their considerable wealth of knowledge when leading courses. Their commitment to project management is complete as they train in no other subject .

Q. How large are the classes?
A. Microsoft Project software courses are limited to 12 places per course, other courses have a maximum of 10-12 delegates so that each student may benefit from the individual attention of the course tutor.

Q. I'm seriously thinking about studying for the APMP qualification by distance learning. What help and guidance can you provide to me?
A. All of our distance learning courses have an associated Distance Learning Guide to assist delegates with their studies, in addition to this full tutor support is available for all delegates, including a telephone helpline and the opportunity to email tutors.

Q. I want to change my password on TPG Academy, how do I do this?
A. If you wish to change your password, please log in using your current User ID and Password, click on Administration, found at the bottom of the left hand navigation menu, you will then be able to reset your password.
